The White T Shirt Project is a journey in self expression.
We are based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
So here's the idea. Show up at the cr8ery at 125 Adelaide street, 2nd floor. (http://www.cre8ery.com/)
on June 1st. You can call 228 9874 to book a time, from 12 noon-4:00.
Wear a plain, loose fitting white t-shirt (if
you are unable to purchase a t-shirt, we will have some extras available. PLEASE CALL to let us know if you need a shirt)
and plain, non attention grabbing pants/shoes. Do not put product in your hair, do not put make up on your face. Do not wear
accessories of any kind, and put retainers in piercings if at all possible. Basically, strip yourself of anything you use
in everyday life to express yourself.
Each Person will have 5 minutes to complete the following sentences:

while I have your attention, I would like
to say- (use this time to promote yourself. A brilliant idea, your band, your home business, something that just kind of bothers
you, whatever. You can even just stand there and smile, or do an interpretive dance)
We will film the whole thing,
ask you a few questions, and then choose a handful of people to film in their own environment (a day in the life type
thing), still wearing the white t shirt but making it their own, whatever that means to the individual.
Even if we
do not choose you, we will be filming "afters" of everyone in their white t-shirts, accessorised or altered however they
see fit. Date for this shoot is TBA.
